Pick up 

Pick up option is available if:

a) You made an appointment with us in advance;

b) Your order is paid before 5PM  on the day before (Online transfer needs extra time to confirm the payment);

c) You come between 10AM and 12PM, Tuesday - Saturday (We are close on Sunday and Monday)

Please do contact us to make a booking before you come - we need time to prepare your order after receiving the payment.

Delivery

Contactless Delivery

Our driver will knock on your door and then leave the groceries on your doorstep. If there is a specific place you’d like your groceries left please tell us in the "Delivery Instructions" field in checkout. 

Delivery Time

At this stage, we work from Tuesday to Saturday. No Delivery on Sunday and Monday.

Daily cut-off time is 3PM. If you place and pay your order before 3PM, we will delivery it to your address the next Working Day. Otherwise, the next, next working day.

For example,

if you paid your order before 3pm on a Monday, you will get it on Tuesday; if it is after 3pm then you wil get it on Wednesday.

if you paid your order on Saturday/Sunday, you will get it on Tuesday since we don't deliver on Sunday and Monday.

if you paid your order before 3pm on a Friday, you will get it on Saturday;  if it is after 3pm you will get it on Tuesday since we don't deliver on Sunday and Monday.

Please note that unfortunately we are not able to tell you the exact time on the delivery date. Our couriers have many deliveries to complete within a certain time, and our delivery routes are based on what is most efficient.

Delivery Fee

We offer flat fees for delivery in Auckland metro area (All suburbs listed in the table below) while there is no appliance(kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) in the order - $9. Free shipping for orders over $99 in such scenario.

Please note that there is an extra charge for appliances (kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, air conditioning etc) regardless of order total. The extra charge depenos on the weight, volume of the appliance(s) and your address. (For example, $50 for a chest freezer in Auckland metro area). Hence, if your order include any appliance, please choose this option in the 'Shipping Method' step. Continue to place the order but don't pay for the order - we'll let you know the shipping cost soon. If you are not satisfied with it, you are free to cancel the order (or just don't pay it). There is no Obligation. 

This amount is added on top of your order.

The FOOD WAREHOUSE responsibility ends at our delivery point.

We deliver fresh, chilled, Non-food and frozen products.

Please Be There

While it is always preferable that someone is available to receive the delivery, we understand that sometimes this may not be the case.

As we have tight timelines for delivery, your order may be left at the specified delivery point or returned to THE FOOD WAREHOUSE.

If your order is left at your door, you are responsible for the order. Please see our terms and conditions for further information, including orders that contain restricted products.

If your order returned to the FOOD WAREHOUSE, The delivery fee will apply for another delivery.
